BOISE—A bill to provide health care coverage to some of the 78,000 Idahoans within the so-called Medicaid gap will now not be heard on the House floor.
The Idaho Health Care Plan efficiently died within the House Wednesday morning after Health and Welfare Committee chair Rep. Fred Wood, a Republican from Burley, motioned to send HB 464 lower back to the committee. SSome Magic Valley lawmakers assisted the movement assisted with the movement.
