And if you’re feeling bad, you probably won’t feel good until you get rid of the bad stuff.

Well, the thing is, no matter how good we might think our lives are, there’s always more we can do to improve ourselves.

I know many people who are incredibly happy despite having bad childhoods, divorces, or other hardships.

However, the fact remains that they were still able to overcome their difficulties and achieve happiness.
